Rob Dixon lives in Clovis, CA with his wife Amy, a children’s author, and four kids, Joshua (20), Lucy (18), Grace (16), and Lily (14). After serving for more than 25 years of full-time ministry, Rob remains committed to InterVarsity Christian Fellowship’s vision for seeing students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed, and world changers developed. 

In addition, Rob graduated with a Doctor of Intercultural Studies degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2018. His dissertation was entitled Together in Mission: A Model for Flourishing Male/Female Ministry Partnerships in InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. Rob’s personal mission statement is to challenge the people of God to embrace a theology and practice of gender equality, and he pursues that mission in his writing, speaking, teaching, and training around the country. Rob’s book, Together in Ministry: Women and Men in Flourishing Partnerships, was published in September 2021 from InterVarsity Press Academic. 

In his free time, Rob enjoys long runs, hanging out with his family, and adjunct teaching at Fresno Pacific University and Fuller Theological Seminary.
