Student, Spouse, and Small Church Pastor Discount
The following registrants will receive an additional $20 discount off of early bird registration or $30 discount off general registration.
*Discount automatically applies when you select the qualifying option during registration. Please note there are some changes this year so read carefully to determine if you qualify for this option. Thank you!
- Students (Current undergrad or Masters level only)
- Spouse of an ECO Pastor
- Small church ECO pastors ($150,000 budget and under)
- Retired ECO Pastors
- Current Flourish Institute of Theology Students
- ECO Certified Commissioned Lay Pastors (must be currently in the ECO CLP process or have recently been certified in 2025)
- Current ECO Ordination Candidates
Registering for the ECO National Gathering does not automatically register you as a commissioner for the 2026 Synod Business Meeting. Each church will submit their official list of commissioners separately and instructions for that will be sent to a church's pastor, Clerk of Session, and primary contact. If you have any questions about serving as a commissioner, please contact your church and/or your ECO Presbytery leadership.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund up until December 31, 2025. You may transfer your registration to someone else at any point up until the conference. It is your responsibility to find someone to whom you may transfer your registration.
Late cancellations for reasons including family emergency or weather-related travel delays/cancellations will be reviewed by the National Gathering registration team and may not necessarily result in a full or partial refund.
If you have registered attendees other than yourself, you are responsible for conveying registration/cancellation policies to each of them, and are agreeing to these policies on their behalf by checking the box below.
Anyone is welcome to attend the gathering, but please note that anyone who attends any part of the gathering including main sessions, breakouts, and meals MUST be officially registered, paid in full, and have a name badge. We do not prorate registrations.
Without exception, we are not able to offer Early Bird pricing after October 31st.
You have until January 23rd to transfer your registration to someone else. If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please email the National Gathering team at nationalgathering@eco-pres.org.
